Quick Answers
Yes! Many of our smoked meats are naturally gluten-free. Our brisket, beef ribs, pulled pork, and most proteins are smoked without gluten-containing rubs. However, some of our sides and sauces contain wheat — we recommend letting your server know about any allergy so we can guide you. We cannot guarantee a fully gluten-free kitchen environment.
We do! Our menu includes smoked vegetable sides, loaded baked potatoes, and we can build a plate around our housemade sides. We're primarily a BBQ restaurant so our protein focus is meat, but we want everyone at the table to eat well. Ask your server and we'll work with you.
We are not a certified nut-free facility. While we don't intentionally use tree nuts in our core recipes, cross-contamination is possible. If you have a severe nut allergy, please call us directly at 225-923-3998 so we can discuss your specific needs before your visit.
